1. Service Purpose

TinyScale provides AI-powered tools to transform raw product photos into polished, store-ready visuals.

2. Accounts & Access

• ●You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ●You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• ●TinyScale operates on monthly or annual subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• ●Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• ●You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

4. Credits & Usage

• ●Each plan provides a set number of image processing credits per month.
• ●Credits do not roll over unless specifically stated in your plan.

5. Ownership of Content

• ●You retain full ownership of the product images you upload.
• ●TinyScale uses your images only to process and deliver the requested transformations.
• ●TinyScale does not claim rights to your original or processed images.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use TinyScale to:

• ●Process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• ●Circumvent or abuse platform limits, security, or usage restrictions.

7. Service Availability

• ●TinyScale aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• ●Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ●TinyScale is provided "as is."
• ●Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

• ●You may close your account at any time.
• ●TinyScale may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

10. Governing Law
